Release Your Inner Child - A Crafter's Tool - Part 11

Posted on February 16, 2016 by Kate Moynihan | 0 comments

Play along with Marjorie Johnston and her treasured-filled vessel dolls. If it’s been too long since you played a game of hide-and-seek, stop in the shop and play the game with Marjorie’s dolls. It is easy to get lost in the nostalgic world she has tucked inside each jar, from the bird watcher to the baker. Of course, an itty-bitty ‘inner child’ – handmade out of wrapped yarn or tufted satin— is tucked inside each bottle.

So, like Marjorie, enjoy your inner child, allow yourself to do something silly, like blow bubbles in the bathtub, lick the batter bowl, twirl until you’re dizzy or laugh.

What brings out your inner child?
